A one-day " Advocacy Interaction amongst Political Leaders and Disability Right Experts" was hosted by the Access Planet Organization at Hotel Hardik in Bagbazar, Kathmandu.Political leaders have expressed commitments to take forward these agendas in upcoming national and provincial election as well as in  the overall development process.

Issue Identification of Girls and Women with Disabilities National-Level Workshop Amongst Disability Experts

Access Planet Organization organized one-day“National level workshop amongst disability experts to identify issues of girls and women with disabilities” at Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu.the program aimed  to engage the national disability rights experts to identify the key issues of girls and women with disabilities and consolidate those issues as the form of declaration document to be presented to political leaders to ensure the issues of girls and women with disabilities are included in the political agendas during the upcoming election.

Techno-based Pre-employment Skill Development Training for Youths with Disabilities

Access Planet Organization under the support of Ministry of Social Development, Bagmati Province and Redcross Nepal, Balkot sub-branch, organized a 14 days ‘Technology Based Pre-employment Skill Development Training for Youths with Disabilities’ at Balkot, Bhaktapur, Bagmati Province. Eleven youths with disabilities from the province got a chance to participate and acquire various technological and pre-employment skills.
