This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Nyayasaathi, including mobile and web platforms. It governs the collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data submitted by users, lawyers, and other stakeholders and is targeted to women with disabilities.

- For all users: Name, email, phone number, address, disability card details.
- For lawyers: Name, email, phone number, address, certificate, lawyer ID number.
- Issue submission: Description of legal issue for linking with a lawyer.
Sensitive Data: Disability information and official documents (disability card, lawyer certificate, lawyer ID).
3. How We Collect Data
- During account registration (email + password).
- When users submit legal issues.
- When the backend integrates with Google Calendar API to schedule events.
- Laws and policy content is stored locally for offline access but updated regularly from our servers.
Note: No location, device, or accessibility preference data is collected. App usage may be tracked using Google Analytics (if implemented).
4. Use of Personal Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide access to laws, policies, and legal resources.
- Connect users to pro-bono lawyers.
- Schedule events using Google Calendar.
- Administer user accounts and ensure proper functionality of the App.
5. Data Sharing
Nyayasaathi does not share personal data with third parties except:
- Lawyers: Only notified of submitted issues for consultation.
- Superadmin: Full access for operational purposes.
- Legal compliance: If required by law.
No other third-party sharing occurs.

- All data is securely stored on our own server.
- Data is retained as long as necessary for operational purposes or until user account deletion.
