Computer Based Skill Development Training for Youth with Disabilities

Access Planet Organization held 15 days Computer Based Skill Development Training for Youth with Disabilities for the youth with disabilities from 28th April to 15th May 2023 in support of Bagmati support and Red cross Society Balkot Branch. The primary goal of the training is to help people with disabilities improve their computer-based employment skills. There were total 10 participants, including temporary and permanent resident of Kathmandu.

Access Planet Organization organized one-day orientation Program on “Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights to deaf and hard of hearing girls” at Shree Bahira Bal Adarsha Adharbhut School, Khajura, Lumbini Province. Seventeen Deaf and hard of hearing girls from the school participated in the orientation program. The orientation program was conducted with the funding support of Women’s Fund Asia.

Access Planet Organization organized three days “Leadership and advocacy training for the young women with disabilities from Banke, Bardiya, Rupandehi and Dang districts of Lumbini Province. This training aimed to empower the young women with disabilities with the leadership and advocacy skills along with the motive to sensitize about their rights that will inbuilt their confidence providing resilience to fight for the rights and justice of women with disabilities which will also strengthen the movement of young women with disabilities that was effected by COVID -19.
