Computer Class in Guru Jajur Secondary School(Dang, Lumbini Province)

Access Planet Organization has conducted 3 months computer training from July, 2022 to visually impaired students who are studying in Shree Guru Jajur Secondary School of Rakshachaur of Dang in the partnership with Global Fund for Women and the school administration. The main objective of this program was to make it accessible for blind children specially girls to get inclusive education by providing them technological capacity development.

"Recreation Program for women with disabilities on the Occasion of Teej Festival."

On August 27, 2022, Access Planet Organization celebrated Teej special recreational program in collaboration with the Bhaktapur Blind Association in Everest English School of Bhaktapur. Forty Five participants attended this program, including volunteers and both permanent and temporary residential women with disability of Bhaktapur district.

Delegation Visit to Municipality Office of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City, for policy review of “Municipal Education Act” from the perspective of girls and women with disabilities.

Access Planet organization organized a delegation visit program with the representatives of the Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city with the proposed suggestion for the review of the Municipal Education Act of this sub-metropolitan city. This program was aimed to promote access to inclusive and quality education for girls and women with disabilities in accordance with national and international laws by revising the Education Act of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city.
